Badminton Ireland Covid-19 Update 25th of March.

This press release comes following the Government’s announcement of New Public Health Measures on the 24th of March. In line with recent Government updates and guidance, Badminton Ireland ask our members implement the following until the 19th of April:  

All Badminton Ireland clubs to cease badminton activity in the interest of their member's safety and wider communities. 

Continue to follow social distancing guidelines. 

All gatherings or social events of more than 4 people should be cancelled. 

Non-essential indoor visits to other people’s homes should be avoided. Social gatherings outside should be no more than 4, unless from the same household. 

No unnecessary travel should take place within the country or overseas.

We would like to ask all our members to follow the HSE Guidelines for hand hygiene, physical distance, social distance restrictions. We would urge you to stay at home as much as possible while remaining to be active.
