The designated qualifying tournaments are:-

Irish International

Irish National Championships

Leinster Open Champiionships

Ulster Open Championships

Connacht Open Championships

Autumn Open Championships

Spring Open Championships

Mount Pleasant Open

Irish Junior Championships

Leinster Junior Open

Ulster Junior Open

The ranking points for each tournament are as displayed in the attached table.

The Senior ranking will be based on the earned points for a total of 5 from the above tournaments.

For the purposes of seeding tournaments, Badminton Ireland reserve the right to grant a internationally based player a notional point total.

In conjunction with the launch of the ranking system, all designated open tournaments will be managed via tournament software. www.tournamentsoftware.com
