Welcome to the new season - on this page we have everything you need help you manage your clubs' affairs. 

Please note that while Membership will help where possible, please watch the webinar below for help on the membership database first and there is a downloadable Word document at the bottom of this page.  Please note both are written for affiliating in the current season - if you have yet to start you affiliations for 2012/13, please contact membership to send you last year's membership listing.

Please ensure that you have ALL your members affiliated and bear in mind that it can take some time to complete the affiliation process, especially during the peak period of November, so please allow enough time to ensure you members are eligible to participate in all the competitions they may wish to enter.

Please note that all affiliations received before October 1st went into the membership competition for a rackets bags and other kit.  PSLC and Stamullen were the two winning clubs. The new affiliation year starts on the 1st Nov 2012 and runs through to 31st October 2013). Please note that the club fee for all payemnts received after 1st of November is €50, and increases to €75 later in the season. Clubs are also reminded that can also register to offer up to 4 free trial sessions to prospective members.
