For the new season, we have everything you need help you manage your club's affairs. A good starting point is designating a contact person for your club - we will always communicate with the person designated as secretary in the membership system. A person may also be nominated to liaise with us regarding affiliations, membership, grading’s etc.
What information do I need to gather from our members?
A date of birth is required from ALL members. This is very important for security reasons and helps ensure that duplicates are not created. To ensure members are kept informed of member's offers and news, having an email address is preferrable..
Affiliations for the 2014/15 season will start on 1st September 2014 and run to the 31st August 2015.
