*Denotes voluntary unpaid position.
Badminton Ireland comprises of four Branches; Connacht, Leinster, Munster and Ulster. Badminton Ireland supports Ulster Branch in acquiring funding from Sport NI and the three other Branches in funding from the Irish Sports Council.
All Branches access the Badminton Ireland Coaching pathway, Development initiatives and High Performance system. The Branches receive tournament software licenses from Badminton Ireland for all of their events; this allows all events to integrate in to the BI National ranking, BI website and BI tournament website page.
All Branches run provincial competitions, some of which are designated ranking tournaments and feed into the BI National Ranking. Within the branches, Counties and District Leagues are run at a local level - for example, Meath County Badminton Association runs the Meath League. All National competitions are run by Badminton Ireland, more details can be found in the Events section.
