Irish Masters Team Finish 7th at Forza Nations Cup

The Irish Master's team finished an impressive 7th at the 2018 Forza Nations Cup held in France. The Forza Nations Cup is a doubles only competition where each team will play one WD, one MD and two XD in each age group: +40, +45, +50, +55, +60.

In the group stages Ireland was in a tough group with France & Denmark but had some great matches and narrowly missed coming 2nd losing out to France by 1 point.

This put them in the playoff positions for 7th, 8th & 9th and after 2 great wins against Austria & Switzerland Ireland finished in 7th position.

A major highlight for the Irish team was the over 60's Women's doubles remaining undefeated throughout the tournament.
