The Final Coaching Clinic before the festive holidays made its way to the Aura Leisure Centre in Letterkenny County Donegal.

Despite the Cold weather Coaches and Children travelled in numbers to the venue to learn some new techniques and support the International players to fund raise money towards the European Men’s and Women’s Team Championships.

To kick things of 20 Adults and 50 children got involved with the team of coaches in the Coaching Clinic. There were some spot prizes won with some fine displays of effort shown from all the kids involved. After the Coaching Clinic the Coaches and kids were treated to a truly memorable exhibition. Tony Stephenson, Sam Magee, Chloe Magee, Jennie King, Joshua Magee and even National Coach Dan Magee all got involved. Some of the adults and kids even tried their hand at umpiring, service judging and line judging which all added to the spectacle.

The players kindly donated some t-shirts and rackets and there were some very happy children in the crowd taking home their hero’s gear with them, including a t-shirt from Irish number one Scott Evans.

A big thanks must go to all involved who made this Christmas exhibition such a success and to all the helpers and players who made this night such a memorable occasion.
