Congratulations to the Leinster Senior team who have gained promotion to Premier “B” division in the English Inter Counties.

Over the last 6 seasons and many matches played by so many Leinster players, it is with great pleasure that I have this opportunity to congratulate this season’s manager Joe Ledwidge and his team that has represented our Province on a task well done.

 Behind the team there is great support, especially Joe’s wingman or should I say “wing woman” Siobhan Grehan and her two fellow advisors Des and Dan.

I would like to wish those Leinster players who are currently injured, a speedy recovery and finally on behalf of the player’s thank the Leinster Executive who believed and supported the team to this great achievement.
