Niall McVeigh & Bob Colhoun honoured at Belfast Telegraph Sports Awards

A big congratulations to Niall McVeigh and Bob Colhoun who received awards at the Belfast Telegraph Sports Awards.

Niall_McVeighNiall received the Disability Needs Sportsperson with a Disability Award for his super performance at the World Dwarf Games 2009 where he took the World Singles Title.

Bob Colhoun received the NI Sports Forum WJ ‘Paddy’ Patterson Award for his work within Badminton.

The Belfast Telegraph Sports awards sponsored by Magners and Sport NI was a wonderful night filled with pride and joy- a night when we could reflect on the marvelous Northern Ireland sporting achievements in 2009. At local, national and international level, record breaking and world class performances were hailed.
