The Irish Sports Council (ISC) has recognised that the partnerships are an excellent mechanism for delivering recreational sport to local people.The key aims of the LSP are to increase participation in sport, and to ensure that local resources are used to best effect.

Badminton Ireland recognises the importance of juvenile clubs. The Juvenile Club Initiative (JCI) seeks to promote Juvenile Club Development within existing Adult Clubs that do not currently have a juvenile section or links with a Juvenile Club.

National Badminton Week 2010 dates have been announced -  16th to 24th October 

Once again, Badminton Ireland are running a number of Summer Camps around the country. A Summer Camp Subsidy is available to County Associations or Clubs who wish to run a Summer Camp in their area.
